1. Enquiry
At this first stage, the client engages our team in consultation. This is about methodology and price. We take a moment to do a quick site visit to familiarize with the facility
and its demand as well as gathering client requirements. This enables us to come up with a concept for implementation as well as a financial quotation for the services.
2. Design & Setup
Once financial obligations have been met, we get to the design. We turn our concept into an implementable design having factored in the exact demand, exact measurements and other factors. This involves lots of measuring, math and loads of phone calls for consultation. There's also a bit of amendment, upgrading and modifications.
3. Review
At this stage, we review the requirements and see how well our initial design align with the implementation. We also review efficiency of design and durability. This stage is important as it also allows us to walk the client through safety procedures and measures.
4. Refill & Maintainance
This stage is what makes this a partnership. We do this on our part by regularly maintaining the tanks and the infrastructure. This also is a wonderful chance to review demand and upgrade- this is because we never met a client who used our product and wanted to remain the same. They always wanted more.
